Please note that due to the customization process, orders may require 7–9 business days for processing before shipment. After receiving the email, please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Please also note that severe weather or holidays may affect delivery dates.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are happy to accept international orders! We primarily use UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT/USPS as carriers. Production times remain the same, while shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

According to your country’s regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply in addition to shipping fees.
